So far this is the best restaurant we went to in Florence. Simple, classic, and absolute perfection. The crust is thin, crisp, and airy—the kind of bite that makes you do a little happy dance at the table. What makes this place even better is that they have a completely separate gluten free kitchen, so I could truly relax and enjoy my meal without worry. I’ve been here three times in just two weeks (yes, it’s that good), and every visit was incredible. Shoutout to Ali, who served me most of the time—his English is excellent and he was so attentive, always checking in to make sure my allergy was handled with care.
